Franks Eddy Feeding Program |
Cecilia is a pastor's wife in Franks Eddy Village. She wanted to provide lunch for the 15 - 20 school children across the road from the church. Because of donations from folks - we have been able to provide and establish this feeding program. Oh yes, I must share with you: They named the feeding program after me. Humbling !! Yes! I'll share a photo about this.

We arrived in AR the end of April. We drove to Springfield to attend Tommy's granddaughter's graduation from Evangel College. Jenel excelled and the entire family was proud of her....and on that same day, my granddaughter's baby arrived 7 weeks early - it was quite an eventful day.
Now, I'm in Arkansas and Tommy is in Belize! I stayed here to assist family. He will return July 2nd. We are on the go most of the time! When he returns from Belize, I anticipate a very active and 'on the go' summer.
September 15th we will return to Belize (after Jenel and Evan's wedding) and hopefully, our plate will be full again and we will watch the Lord work in behalf of his people in that country!
That's where I've been! And perhaps now there will be time for blogging. I want to share a new recipe (looks easy) with you for banana pudding that I recently found...and I'm hoping to try it soon.
BANANA PUDDING FROM SCRATCH
1 (14 oz) can of Sweetened Condensed
Milk
1 1/2 cups of Cold water
1 (4serving size pkg.) of instant
vanilla flavor pudding mix
2 cups (1 pint) Whipping Cream,
whipped
36 vanilla wafers
3 med. bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon
juice concentrate
In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and
water. Add pudding mix; beat well. Chill 5 mins.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spoon 1 cup pudding mixture into 2-1/2 quart glass serving
bowl.
Top with one third of the wafers, bananas, and pudding.
Repeat layering twice, ending with pudding.
Cover and chill.
Have a great life!
